Three-adaption Design Strategies Of The Leisure Tourism Village's In Southwest China

Improving the standard of building rural community is an important goals of balancing urban and rural development, which is the Fundamental requirement of building a moderately prosperous society. Totally speaking, our rural community construction has entered an high-speed development period. We have got abundant achievements, as an result, the appearance of rural area has been beautified apparently. However, the problem, comes from social, economic, environmental and so on, is surfacing.In the process of modernization in rural area, the popularity of rural tourism offers an opportunity to solve those problems. There are many advantages of developing rural tourism, from the angle of economic, tourism has strong ability which could help relevant industries to upgrade; From an environmental point of view, the rural tourism features low pollution and sustainability. Therefore it is no doubt that developing leisure and tourism-rural community is one of the best means to combine rural construction and rural production resources. Depending on the development of rural tourism, many countries have achieved great improvements in the environmental, industrial area and living standard. Considering that, it is necessary to do a comprehensive research on the leisure and tourism-rural community.This thesis studies the design strategy of the leisure tourism village, and chooses the leisure tourism village as research objects. From industries, environment and residence three aspects, this thesis, which combines with the current research at home and abroad, concludes problems of the leisure tourism village construction's. Proposed strategies of the leisure tourism village's from industries, environment and residence, including design principles, location, overall plan, industrial adaption and so on. The strategies' details are about:1. How to make an overall plan which can adapt with industries;2. How to transform the residential function, in order to adapt with leisure tourism;3. What kind of external space and ecological residential design can adapt with the features of rural environment. To construct a relative comprehensive and systematic research's framework is the purpose of this thesis' s.This thesis is consisted by theoretical and practical parts, which totally has six chapters:Chapter ?: Introduction. This chapter mainly talks about the background of research project's, the purpose and meaning of research, the detail and scope of research and put forward research's methods and framework.Chapter ?:Review of relevant research's at home and abroad. In order to support the design strategy, this chapter concludes research literature and building experience of the leisure tourism village.Chapter ?:Conclude the investigation and analysis of leisure tourism village in southwest. This chapter mainly talks about the problems in the construction of indoor leisure tourism village's by site investigation.Chapter ?:Study the southwestern leisure tourism village design strategy. This chapter put forward the design strategy based on the former investigation.Chapter ?: Application: Take the Fenghuang Village, wetland park, Chishui City, Guizhou Province as example. Chapter ?:Conclusion and Outlook. This chapter makes some conclusion, which is based on the entire course of research, summarize the shortcomings. At the same time, look into the future.
