Research On Optimization Of Land-use In Air-transportation Related Economic Zone Under The Context Of Industry Upgrading

With the rapid development of the Asian aviation industry, air-transportation related economic zone(AREZ) in China, which relying on airport construction and development, has made some progress and gradually becomes an important strategic way to promote local economic restructuring and urban transformation. With the rapid development of AREZ, air-transportation related industry has been escalating and transforming, which led to the adjustment of regional industrial structure and changes of the land use patterns and structures. Since the industrial development is constrained by land resource conditions in space, industrial structure adjustment is bound to bring up new demands in the aspect of using land. However, due to the scarcity and limit of the land resources of AREZ, industrial upgrading will directly result in contradiction between the growth of land demand and industry development. Thus, doing some research about the land using of AREZ under the background of industrial upgrading is very important and necessary.This paper is based on industry upgrading and chooses Chongqing Yu Bei AREZ as the research object to study the land-use question after the industry escalating. The paper will combine industrial development and land use and analysis the current situation of the land-use of YuBei AREZ to sort out some possible questions of land-use after industrial upgrading,which based on the analysis of the structure, the layout and the size of the land-use. The study references the experience of theoretical research and some relevant cases to complete the principle and the strategy of optimization in the next chapter. Thus, this study has some positive significance to achieve economical and intensive utilization of land resources, upgrading the industrial structure of YuBei AREZ.The thesis uses the traditional thought of "find problems- analysis problems-solve problems", and is divided into five chapters in which chapter four is the main section of the paper. The specific chapters are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction, which firstly expounds the research backgrounds through three relationships, respectively the relationship between AREZ and regional relations, the industrial upgrading of AREZ and the land-use, the development of Chongqing AREZ and the land-use. And then, on the basis of the background, this paper puts forward the study purpose, significance, research scope, research methods and define the concepts related. Finally, this section comes up with the research framework.The second chapter is the study of the developing situations and problems of Yubei AREZ, which divided into two parts,one is the general situation of Yubei AREZ,the other is the land-use problems after the existence of Yubei AREZ industrial upgrading. The first part is about the macro-regional environmental of Yubei AREZ, the current situation of industrial and land-use as well as the necessity to upgrade. The second part is based on the first part to find the change law of the land-use of AREZ on industrial upgrading and then find the possible problems of the layout, the size, the management and the policy of land-use between the airport related industry and the airport related land-use.The third chapter is mainly theoretical and practical case studies based on the problems found before. This part selects the relevant theory and case at home and abroad as the research object, focusing on the case of industrial planning and land-use planning, summing up the five areas as experience.Firstly is neat industrial land layout and moderate park scale; secondly is group pattern of spatial planning and the development of high and low intensity of mixed mode; thirdly is clear industry positioning, scientific land layout; fourthly is perfect industry preferential policies and land; fifthly is the reasonable land use development mode, dynamic planning and management. This part will lay the theoretical and practical foundation of the optimization principle, optimization strategy and optimization scheme of the land-use raised later.The fourth chapter puts forward the optimization principle, optimization strategy and optimization scheme of the land-use, which based on the in-depth exploration of industrial upgrading impacted on AREZ and the case review, to reasonably guide and control industrial upgrading and transformation as well as effectively promote the harmonious development of industry land-use.Chapter 5 is a comprehensive summary of conclusions and recommendations, pointing out the lack of the research and the possible prospects for follow-up studies.
