The subject of this paper is The aplication research of BIM in Hualan Design & Consulting Group, It includes six chapters.Chapters ?: Introduction. Introduces BIM related concepts, the carrier and the basic working methods, and this paper describes the research background, methods and frameworks and research purposes.Chapters ?: This chapter outlines the implementation of BIM technology in domestic and foreign policy background and development status and ach ievements made in the country, with major space summarized several practical aspects of the existing BIM technology within the design industry. Also the construction side of the project, the construction side and owner-operators before they get a significa nt benefit from BIM technology was summarized.Chapters ?: This chapter describes the work flow are characteristics of the design of the traditional enterprise design patterns of each stage, the difference between BIM working set and links the two modes.
