The detection technology of the biochip plays an important role for biochemical analysis. Laser induced fluorescence detection is one of the highest sensitivity detection methods in microfluidic chip system.With the development of current society, the testing equipment is becoming more and more intelligent and portable. The traditional cumbersome and complex detection method is gradually replaced by the intelligent ones in which the electronic and communication technologies act as the central roles in the intelligent and portable means, such as the development of wired and wireless communication technology, processor performance optimization and applications development and so on, providing a lot of help for the convenience of testing means.Based on a thorough investigation of the background of fluorescence signal detection, this thesis focused on the design and realization of ARM processor-based wireless system for fluorescence signal detection. The system mainly includes: wireless communication system, ARM-Linux-based embedded control system, serial communication system, and graphical user interface system. For achieving this goal, the content of this thesis is consisting of:1) The realization of wireless communication system: Based on the study of the advantages and disadvantages of various wireless communication technologies, this paper selects bluetooth as the wireless communication techniques of this system and chooses the master-slave bluetooth module as the sender and chooses a USB bluetooth adapter as the receiver;2) The realization of ARM-Linux-based embedded control system: The receiving terminal of this system is the ARM-Linux-based embedded control system, the core processor of this system is S3C6410 processor which based on ARM11;3) The realization of serial communication system: Serial communication plays a very important role in sending and receiving data, the design of a variety of program which based on serial communication is also an important part of this paper;4) The design and realization of graphical user interface system: This paper has realized the QT graphical user interface which based on Linux operating system, and therefore, the fluorescence signal detection could be realized by a-key-to-complete.In the final test, the performance of each system is satisfied. The bluetooth transmission is stable. QT graphical user interface has realized the control of Bluetooth with good interface operation. The realization of ARM-based wireless system for fluorescence signal detection on meets the trend of intelligent and portable testing equipment, which lays the foundation for the intelligent and portable of the fluorescent signal detection system.
