| With the continuous development of our country highway transportation infrastructure, the safety and comfort in driving is more necessary, and texture depth,which can reflect the macro roughness on the surface of the road, drainage performance and slip resistance,is an important factor of quality of road. in this paper, on the basis of the hardware system of the three-dimensional detection on texture depth, we complete the system software of quick automated detecting texture depth a quick automated depth of the structure of.Aiming at the method of detecting texture depth at the present, hand push type pavement structure depth detection system design scheme based on the principle of a laser triangulation is put forward, and complete the software design and implementation of the design scheme. The software use Visual Studio2010 as a development platform, at the same time, apply mixed programming of MATLAB and VC + + on road surface 3 d reconstruction, and use SQL Server2008 to manage the 3D data of pavement.This paper detailed introduces the system software requirement analysis,, module partition and design of each function, realized the camera control, continuous acquisition and real-time save of 3D data of pavement, real-time reconstruction and preservation of 3D image, real-time calculation and curve of texture depth,and background database management of collection and record on the pavement, and provides an software on intuitive and reliable texture depth monitoring for the user.In this paper, the texture depth detection system software has the quality of high efficiency, high precision and high automation level features, after the encapsulation of detection system makes the detection more convenient and safe, and software achieve the real-time detection, storage and display on pavement, greatly improves the feasibility and reliability in the actual detection, and provides powerful road 3D information for the study. |
