The Reserch And Design Of Pingbian Country Renmin Road Shopping Center In Yunnan Province

As the growth of the amount of shopping center construction in recent years, the building type more close to People's Daily life, and has become an integral part of the city, even become the symbol of the city.But in our country,shopping center still in the early stage, and tending to serious homogeneity ascribe to deviate from local conditions and copying foreign business models also design methods. Appearance of E-commerce which convenient and diversified also caused great influence to the shopping center.In order to attract consumers, shopping center have put movie theaters, restaurants, games centers, skating rink, children's playground together to made the entertainments and life services function embedded into the shopping space,and through the theme design combined with marketing, make each functional space into an organic integration and build a unique sense of place, provide a full range of sensory stimulation for consumers, in order to make up for the experience of E-commerce that can't do, and based on it as business competitiveness and stand out in the homogeneity market.But experiential shopping center still belongs to the fresh type of building and need further research and development.This thesis analysis the development of shopping center and the reason of appearance of experience shopping through the historical background and social background, and made a preliminary understanding of experience shopping center by define the shopping center, experiential shopping center and public space of shopping center. Made it clear that the research object of this thesis is the public space in the experiential shopping, and do research into the experiential shopping through literature reading and collecting, field investigation, case analysis, sum up as the research methods.The second chapter,by data collection and literature reading, discussed the characteristics and design methods of experiential shopping center and the relationship between its public space and urban space through three parts of the experiential shopping center:the theme,the type and scale of public space and the sequence of public space.The third chapter through the data collection and several field investigation,use Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li in chengdu, Taikoo Li sanlitun in Beijing, qushuijie block of oct harbour in shenzhen and xinghe CocoPark in Shenzhen as research object, give the basic description about the general situation of the project, analyse from the architectural layout, the relationship of the scale and architectural form,and summed up the experience and design methods,hoped to Bring some reference to author's Graduation Thesis.The fourth Chapter,in combination with the practical situation of project, analyse preliminarily the urban construction, transportation, business environment, cultural history and landscape resources around, using the above summary of experience and method of public spaces design and put forward the concept of design in accordance with local conditions and explains the generation process of the concrete scheme.This thesis through the analysis of related theory and excellent case, combined with actual project for graduation design, make a superficial statement and preliminary discussion of the experiential shopping center and the design of public space of it, summed up the key point to design such as basic elements, way of layout and morphological characteristics about its public space design, and emphasized that the design of public space in shopping center bring the influence about commercial environment and city life, hope to bring certain value for reference about design of public space of the experience shopping center in future.
