Research On The Construction Of Spatial Structure Of Industrial Heritage Tourism Of The Chinese Eastern Railway Along The Binsui Line

The Chinese Eastern Railway tourism is one of the important contents of the tourism advertising of the Heilongjiang province. Now, resources of industrial heritage tourism of the Chinese Eastern Railway have been developed in a certain scale, and they formed some quite good tourism products. But the tourism development of this area is still at a low level. Although a large number of resources of industrial heritage exist along the railroad, only a few ones whose distributions are concentrated in the few tourism lines, individual tourist center city and surrounding area are developed. It leads the unbalanced development of regional tourism. In order to integrate tourism resources and promote the economic development, combination with qualitative and quantitative analysis and mathematical statistics are applied to do research on the structure of Spatial Structure of Industrial Heritage Tourism of the Chinese Eastern Railway along the Binsui Line.Resources of industrial heritage of the Chinese Eastern Railway along the Binsui Line and the structure of spatial structure of industrial heritage tourism of the Chinese Eastern Railway along the Binsui Line are the research object and the research content respectively. The range of the space covers the cities existing along the Binsui Line. The time is from the beginning of the rail to 1952. Industrial heritages along the Binsui Line were formed during this time are all the research objects.The Pole-axis System Theory, the central place theory and the core-periphery theory are basic theories. The research on the construction of spatial structure will be done from three sections: tourism central town, tourism circle and travel route. Firstly, the present situation of tourism of the Chinese Eastern Railway will be analyzed from tourism resources, transportation and market. And getting requirements from tourists by the questionnaire is necessary to the research. The SWOT analysis about the feasibility study of tourism development is the foundational research. Then, quantitative analysis can do research on the grade division of tourism central towns. It includes arranging the list of industrial heritages, concluding features about resources of industrial heritage, choosing the potential tourism resources and building the rating evaluation system. Collecting and analyzing the data from tourism resources, tourists' demands, traffic accessibility among towns or cities and the development degree of the economy of the town are used for the evaluation of the grade of tourism central towns by the Delphi method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Finally, organizing the spatial structure is the last part. The Gravity Model can analyze the connection degree among towns. And then, according to the connection degree, the tourism circle will be layered. The average value of the connection degree of tourism central towns will be calculated. The result will guide the ability of exposure of the first level towns. Analyzing the influence factors on the tourism planning of industrial heritage of the Chinese Eastern Railway along the Binsui Line is to plan tourism routes in a comprehensive way.
