Research On The Educational Tourism Development Of The Historical And Cultural Resources Along China Eastern Railway Binsui Line

In recent years,China’s tourism development is unprecedentedly prosperous,and a new era of mass tourism has arrived.Since the National Tourism and Leisure Outline(2013-2020)issued by the General Office of the State Council in 2013 first proposed the idea of "gradually carrying out primary and middle school students’ educational tourism",various ministries and commissions of the state have issued many policy documents to promote the development of educational tourism.As a new way of tourism,educational tourism has become a new growth point of tourism industry and a key development direction in the future.China Eastern Railway is a century-old railway,along which there are many precious historical and cultural resources,and it is of great educational tourism value.It will bring new opportunities for the tourism development of Heilongjiang Province and even the whole northeast region to do a good job in the educational tourism development of the historical and cultural resources of China Eastern Railway.This paper takes the historical and cultural resources along China Eastern Railway as the research object to carry out the research on educational tourism development.First of all,literature analysis is adopted to refer to a large number of domestic and foreign research materials on educational tourism and China Eastern Railway,to sort out and summarize relevant materials,to define the concept of educational tourism,China Eastern Railway,Binsui Line,and the historical and cultural resources of China Eastern Railway Binsui Line,and to construct the theoretical basis and basic framework of this study.Secondly,by referring to the historical materials of China Eastern Railway Binsui Line,the historical and cultural resources system of the educational tourism development of China Eastern Railway Binsui Line is constructed according to the national standard GB/T18972-2007 under the guidance of field research and the construction of the history from1898 to 1952.Thirdly,combining theoretical guidance and practical investigation to reveal the current China Eastern Railway Binsui Line was the historical and cultural resources,educational tourism development problems,and further analysis found that behind these problems exist:development strategy is not clear,depth and guidance is not enough,insufficient local emphasis and educational tourism talents,poor publicity and for some deep-seated reasons.Finally,in view of the above-mentioned problems and reasons,the following development strategies are proposed: First,in the process of educational tourism development,adhere to the market-oriented and systematic development,ensure the unity of the whole line and gradually strengthen the development.Second,strengthen the orientation of educational tourism development,including historical education,cultural science popularization,patriotism education and other guidance.Third,local governments should also establish supporting policies to support departmental coordination and regional cooperation.Fourth,the establishment of educational tourism personnel training mechanism,training qualified educational tourism personnel.Fifth,strengthen the publicity of China Eastern Railway Binsui Line educational tourism,and enhance its influence.On the basis of the above strategic system,four feasible historical and cultural educational tourism routes of China Eastern Railway Binsui Line are developed and designed for reference of relevant departments and enterprises.
