In-service aircraft configuration data management is the basic work for fully implementing the electronic archives of stand-alone files.The level of in-service aircraft configuration data management has an important influence on the aircraft support engineering work,as well as the aircraft introduce and lease-off.At present,domestic in-service aircraft configuration data management has problems,such as the incomplete architecture,the difficult data traceability,the BOM information islands,and the massive maintenance data filtering,which seriously affect the management of in-service aircraft configuration data.Starting from the concept of SSPD,aiming at the insufficiency of domestic aircraft configuration data management in service,the key theory for solving problems is researched and the basic system for in-service aircraft configuration data management is established.This paper focuses on the in-service aircraft configuration data management.Firstly,based on the basic theories and SSPD concept,it introduces the relevant theoretical basis and defines the product structure of the in-service aircraft.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the configuration data of civil aircrafts caused by various types of maintenance and protection services at the service stage.It gives as well as a design of the configuration layer out of the actual situation,and defines the data model of in-service configuration,as well as builds the system architecture;Then,for multi-user needs,the multi-view definition and conversion rules of BOM are studied,which mainly including two-side conversion,structure and attribute.The mapping algorithm between views is designed,and its effectiveness is proved by an example.The multi-view mapping algorithm of BOM can ensure the homogeneity of data,providing a solution to the problem of in-service aircraft data traceability and ‘BOM information islands'.Based on the data architecture,the dynamic modeling of in-service aircraft configuration data management process is studied.UML language is introduced to define CI-UML as a process model tool of dynamic design,and CPN is introduced,defines CI-CPN to achieve real-time monitoring of dynamic process.The transformation algorithms of CI-UML model-to-CI-CPN model is studied to achieve the connection of dynamic process design and the monitoring of in-service aircraft configuration data management;Finally,in order to reduce the frequency of version modification and reduce the pressure of data management,the idea of Skyline query is introduced to implement the configuration change information filtering method.This method is amended for two points and effectively achieves the automatic extraction of configuration change information which is proved by an example.At present,there is relatively little research on the in-service aircraft configuration data management in C hina.This paper mainly prepares for the preliminary theoretical research in this field.The research results can provide theoretical guidance and system reference.
