Research On Effectiveness Of Air Traffic Control Operation Based On The Application Of Air Traffic Control Separation

Along with the rapid development of aviation transportation industry in our country, transportation demand rising,and the airspace resources is limited,the contradiction between the traffic and airspace capacity increasingly serious, the resulting traffic control measures frequently executed and flight delay problem gradually highlights, greatly weaken the advantage of the civil aviation transport speed, reduces the quality of service of civil aviation. In recent years, the civil aviation air traffic control system work report clearly put forward to improve the civil aviation air traffic management system operation service quality. How to ensure security at the same time, improving the efficiency of the air traffic control as far as possible, become a big problem need to solve immediately. Therefore researching control operation efficiency problem is of great significance to increasing the airspace capacity, reducing delays and improving civil aviation service quality.This paper first introduce the process and characteristics of air traffic control operation in our country, and sketches some classic comprehensive efficiency evaluation methods, makes simple introduction to the control efficiency problem. Then using two different methods to research the area control and approach control,at the same time gives way to improve the operation efficiency of the terminal arrival flights. By the analysis of various factors which affect the spacing and their mutual relations, determine the key indexes which influence the operational efficiency and set up air traffic control operation efficiency assessment index system,which suitable for the present situation of our country civil aviation. Finally use the DEAHP model to rounded evaluate the air traffic control operation efficiency,and verify the validity of the model combined with the instance. In this paper, the DEA model with constraint cone(hereinafter referred to as DEAHP) is firstly introduced into the control efficiency evaluation, effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional DEA model.
