Research On The Evaluation Methods Of Traffic Organization Optimization

Under the background of city development, the contradiction between supply and demand of traffic is increasingly intensified, more and more cities began to scientific and effective traffic organization optimization design which according to the characteristics of its own traffic system. Traffic organization optimization, is generally considered to improve road utilization and handle congestion. The key prblem of traffic organization optimization research is ecaluation method of organization plan. When traffic policymakers faced with multiple design, can only make decisions according to experience, It lack for the effect of system evaluation.Based on the background, this paper combined with the traffic organization optimization theory and evaluation method research, established a set to evaluate the effect of optimization scheme and scheme comparison between methods.Firstly, this paper analysed the characteristics of traffic organization optimization, determinde the traffic organization optimization to solve the traffic problems, to study the traffic node and the content of the regional road network optimization method is commonly used in optimization and features.Second, this paper analyseds the influence factors, determine the evaluation index, and set up evaluation index system of traffic efficiency, smooth traffic, environmental impact. Through the collected data and the former research, the calculation and classification of the parameters are specified.Thirdly,the righe of each parameter is calculated with AHP model and the multi-parameter evaluation model is set up.Finally, use the VISSIM software to make traffic organization simulation with a practical esample.According to the analysisand evaluation of the traffic organization schemes,With the case study,the research of this paper is proved practical.
