In the time of the country to vigorously develop public transportation,subway become one of the most priority to public transportation in big cities,but it will have a negative effect to the existing conventional public traffic during subway construction.Reasonable traffic organization scheme can ease traffic congestion,improve road traffic capacity,play an important role to meet the needs of subway construction at the same time.In this paper,taking typical sections of ShiJiaZhuang subway line 1 as the research object,design and optimize traffic organization scheme based on Road Coordination Theory.First,design the survey scheme,survey the intersection and roads,including traffic survey,the delay survey,infrastructure data survey,etc.Combine with demand of the road occupation during subway construction,taking traffic canalization,single point signal coordination control,pedestrians and non-motor vehicles management,inside road parking management,and other comprehensive measures.Fully considering the contact between each intersection.At last design the main road traffic organization scheme.In order to guarantee the rationality of the solution,using VISSIM,the simulation software,simulate preliminary scheme.First of all,calibrate the parameter.Then select vehicle delay as the scheme evaluation index to evaluate the scheme in simulation results.According to the evaluation result,optimize the traffic organization scheme.Simulate,optimize the scheme until reach the Requirements for urban road service level.According to the special conditions of subway construction,design scheme of urban main road traffic organization,and simulate,optimize it,put forward feasible suggestions for urban main road traffic organization during subway construction,also provide reference for similar situation of other cities. |
