| With the rapid development of economy, EPC general contracting mode is becoming increasingly used in our country. The characteristics of EPC determine the complexity of risks in EPC general contracting construction phase. Therefore, identify key risk factors and propose targeted control strategy according to the factors will have a great utility on risk management in construction phase.This paper focuses on the construction stage of the project life cycle. At first, uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze all risks factors in construction phase. Sencondly,reference risk management theory and combine with the questionnaire survey results and actuality of Qi Hang Shidai Square EPC General Contracting Mode Project, identify the key risk factors of Project. Then build risk evaluation index system of Qi Hang Shidai Square EPC General Contracting Mode Project and empower each index by using analytic hierarchy process. Finally, evaluate the risk of Qi Hang Shidai Square EPC General Contracting Mode Project according to the risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which based on risk matrix and propose suggestions to control the risk. This study will contribute to improving risk management and control for EPC project general contractor in the future. |
