Electric power engineering is the basic industry related to national economy and people's livelihood.Domestic electricity production and consumption have been growing faster than GDP since 2002.The rapid development and reasonable structure of electric power engineering provide strong basic guarantee for our country,s economic development.The main types of power engineering include thermal power plants(including coal,gas and fuel),nuclear power,hydropower,wind power,photovoltaic power generation,biomass power generation and garbage power generation.Power construction engineering refers to the construction and power related projects.It has the characteristies of long construction period,large investment,high technology and large seale.And different electrical engineering will not be the same repetition,so the characteristics of complexity.With the positive guidance of the national macro-policy on the development of general contracting,the general contracting business of power construction projects has been gradually favored by the owners in recent years.At present,the general contract mode has become the mainstream in the field of thermal power construction.The L thermal power EPC general contract is the first joint venture between the design institute and the construction company to carry out the EPC general contract project of the power plant.The project is the joint investment of two private capital;The characteristics of the project include poor location near the sea,short construction period,multiple external factors and high environmental protection requirements.Therefore,how to share resources,how to share risks and how to fturther improve the level of risk management have realistic research value.Based on the joint venture perspective and the terms of the EPC general contract,this paper takes the seven process knowledge systems of project risk management in PMBOK version 6 as the theoretical basis,and specifically analyzes the overall risk and each specific risk of the project.The project progress risk,project technology risk,project cost risk and the organization and coordination risk between the joint venture are discussed dynamically.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,signifieance,related research and applieation status at home and abroad Chapter 2 is an overview of relevant basic theories and methods,mainly including project and project management,project risk management,EPC general contracting and engineering construction consortium.Chapter in general project overview of thermoelectric general contracting,introduees project overview and contract overview,and conducts systematic project risk management planning through joint venture project risk planning conference;The fourth chapter mainly identified the risk factors in five stages of the project,and conducted qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.Chapter five introduces four strategies of risk response,risk response measures of main risk factors and specific situation of project risk monitoring.Chapter 6 is the conclusion of the research and the prospect of the future.
