By the developing of the economy, the industry of aviation transportation had been transferred to a rapid growth age. It does not only drive the domestic aviation market but also bring a bright future for the domestic airlines. In airlines, aircraft is the key point in operation.However, in the recent decades, the High Speed Railway and Express Way have impacted the domestic aviation transportation strongly. Meanwhile, the price of the air fuels also high the cost of flight. Both of these take great pressure to operators in competition. Therefore, trying to control and lower the operation cost is the valid way to save airlines cost, enhance the self-competitiveness, and raise the operation profit. It really means a lot to study how to plan the flight schedule and lower the flight cost.Due to the market is followed by the planning of the flight schedule, under the consideration about the difficult to change of the schedule temporarily, the author focused on flight schedule. Firstly, based on the thousands of domestic flight schedules and the features of civil aviation in China, the author found the limited conditions. Secondly, at the foundation of foregoing conditions, the Optimization Model of flight schedule is established by using Operational Research. The target for the model is to improve the operators' profit by equaling the act flight hours to anticipated hours. Meanwhile, after studying the usual Intelligence Algorithms and comparing the advantages of these Algorithms, on the base of the forgoing model, the author designed the Heuristic Algorithm. This Heuristic Algorithm can get the optimized flight schedule and dream result rapidly. At the last, the author simulated the Heuristic Algorithm based on the actual operators' flight hours and analyzes the results. After comparing the result of Ant Colony Algorithm, the feasibility and optimization of Optimization Model and Heuristic Algorithm have been unfolded.
