The flight schedule is a fundamental to the survival of the airline,and its' operation determines the future of the airline.Currently,most of the research priorities of the flight schedule focus on flight planning,flight schedule optimization,and recovery of abnormal flights,ignoring the importance of studying flight schedule operations from a simulation perspective.Studying the vulnerability of flight schedule operations from a simulation perspective can analyze the impact of uncertain factors on the vulnerability of flight schedule operations in the closest way to the true operational status of flight schedules,and provide theoretical guidance for airlines to reduce the vulnerability of flight schedule operations.Enrich the research theory system of flight planning.First,this paper presents the vulnerability of flight planning operations.The impact of uncertain factors on the operation of the flight schedule was analyzed.Based on the vulnerability characteristics of the flight schedule operation and the principles of vulnerability assessment,a vulnerability index that can be used to visually evaluate the flight schedule operation is constructed: flight normal rate,information entropy and flight delay time.Secondly,according to the flight schedule operation process,the Monte Carlo simulation model of the flight schedule operation is constructed,and the vulnerability of five uncertain factors to the flight schedule operation is analyzed.The k-means algorithm is used to identify the key flights affected by the airline's factors,and the vulnerability of the flight schedule operation is analyzed from the perspectives of the correlation of the key flights,the throughput of the airport and the delay rate of the flight.Finally,according to the analysis of the vulnerability of the critical flight to the operation of the flight schedule,combined with the actual flight schedule operation of Hebei Airlines,the four recommended measures are compared and analyzed to increase the vulnerability of the flight schedule of the key flight to reduce the fragility of the flight schedule operation;The flight schedule simulation operation after increasing the transit time of key flights shows that the vulnerability of the flight schedule operation is significantly reduced.This paper defines the vulnerability of airline flight schedule operation,establishes the Monte Carlo simulation model of the vulnerability analysis of flight schedule operation,andanalyzes the impact of uncertain factors on the vulnerability of flight schedule operation,from the actual operation of the company.Starting from this,the vulnerability measures to increase the flight time margin of key flights are reduced,and the simulation results after the increase of the station time show that the vulnerability of the flight schedule operation is greatly reduced.
