With the rapid development of the civil aviation of China, as a basic part of the normal operation of aviation enterprises, aviation inventory management directly related to the core competitiveness of the enterprise market and enterprise profit. Inventory management problem of aviation has been the attention of the industry, and it is also a hot research problem. In this context, the research of distributed inventory control problem of aviation enterprise aims to optimize enterprise aviation inventory management, improve the level of inventory management, achieve the optimal allocation of enterprise aviation resources, reduce the inventory cost control, making inventory control of the whole aviation inventory system to achieve optimal performance. At the same time,it also further improves the study of aviation warehousing theory system, enriches the content of inventory management theory.Firstly, according to the research object and content of the article, expounds the theory and method of aviation inventory management, aims to provide theoretical support for building a follow-up inventory centralized control model of distributed aviation inventory system.Secondly, according to the current aviation enterprise management mode of distributed inventory system, builds a inventory coordination center by adopting the idea of centralized control strategy, making the independent decision and management of inventory achieve the cooperation of each inventory and the overall operation and management of the whole inventory system. The centralized cost control model of distributed compact aviation inventory is also established with the compact inventory cost as the measure of centralized control index.Thirdly, using genetic algorithm to solve the problems of cost control modes of the ordering and allocation and the solution is also designed. Then, the effectiveness of centralized control strategy of distributed aviation inventory system is verified.Finally, for scientific and reasonable evaluation of inventory management level, the performance evaluation model is established based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP method in the construction of aviation inventory control performance evaluation system, Model results shows that the aviation centralized control performance evaluation system and evaluation method is practical and scientific.
