Along with the increasing number and size of civil airports, problems like energy consumption and environmental impact began to appear. These problems are particularly prominent at large airports because of more flights and busier operation. The energy and emissions of aircraft surface movement accounts for a high proportion of the airport, one of the key solutions of energy saving is optimization of the aircraft stands allocation and the taxing path choosing.Considering Various constraints of aircraft stands allocated are systematically analyzed in the paper, the thesis then establishes a stand allocation model which takes balanced allocation of stands as the objective function, and tries to solve this problem through the EM(Electromagnetism-like Mechanism) algorithm and achieves EM algorithm with Matlab programming; Design simplified runway & taxiway graphics of airport through simplification and abstraction. In view of the research problems, the Dijkstra algorithm is improved in three ways including the node judgment, the search area and storage structures. The improved algorithm is used for solving the shortest path problem. When there are conflicts which do not meet the requirements, the paper uses Depth-First Traversal DFT(Depth-First Traversal)algorithm to output all possible paths, and sort them by weight through bubble sort BS(Bubble Sort) method, then use the C / VC + + programming to determine the final optimal path. Finally, according to the Shanghai Pudong International Airport runways, taxiways and stands layout configuration and flights information, apply the stands allocation optimization model and taxiing optimization model above, it proves the validity of the model and its algorithm, the significant effect of the model in reducing aircraft ground movement time and fuel consumption.
