Now Li-Ion battery has been applied to the new generation of civil aviation aircraft B787. Aviation Li-Ion battery is an important part of aircraft power supply and distribution system. According to the requirements of airworthiness, aviation Li-Ion battery must be regularly carried out capacity test and maintenance work. The performance of the aviation Li-Ion battery charging&discharging analyzer has a direct influence on the electrical properties and service life of the battery. In recent years, the design of intelligent charging&discharging equipments has become one of the most popular research topics.In order to guarantee the operation safety,Li-Ion battery has its own intricate control and protection circuitry. According to the basic characteristics of aircraft's Li-Ion battery and the need of its regular maintenance, the aircraft Li-Ion battery charging and capacity test methods are studied and designs the detection circuit. Finally a charging &discharging analyzer based on LabVIEW is devised in order to charge safely, reliably and efficiently. The charging &discharging analyzer adopts the current control mode of high frequency power conversion circuit and its main circuit uses modern power electronic technology, which effectively reduces the volume of the instrument and improves the efficiency of the system.The analyzer is easy to handle and it is also functional and has high reliability. It is of high practical value and worth popularizing in the aircraft battery maintenance.
