The research object is the nose landing gear based on magnetorheological(MR) damper,which achieve that it can modify the model and control the simulation parameters in the man-machine interactive interface to analyse dropping simulation. Multi-body system dynamics model of the nose landing gear is established,through ADAMS / View virtual prototype technology and second-development function develop virtual prototyping of the nose landing gear based on MR damper.Firstly,discuss the research of landing gear virtual prototype at domestic and foreign,ADAMS / View software is the basis of the research, with a comprehensive analysis of the demand for virtual prototyping, to clear virtual prototype design requirements, functional requirements, characteristics and theoretical basis.Study the virtual prototyping overall design process, identified the development of the prototype, function mechanism design and operation process design.The research of the nose landing gear virtual prototype based on MR damper, to build the landing gear parametric model and mechanical model of MR damper. The dynamic model of landing gear is established in the ADAMS/View, to realize the dropping simulation. Then research the implementation of virtual prototype, design virtual prototype for detailed menus,dialog and each function module.Finally,a full aircraft virtual prototype is established in ADAMS/View software.Through the two-point landing and three-point landing of the aircraft, to gain the nose landing gear dynamic performance. The research results show that the virtual prototype based on MR damper can effectively analysis the dynamic performance of the nose landing gear and provide an effective analysis method and theory basis for MR damper in aircraft landing gear application,design,test and improvement.
