Now technical development of computer aided design(CAD)and computer aided manufacturing(CAM)have been more mature.Acting as a bridge between CAD and CAM system,CAPP system now is mainly remain in the two-dimensional phase,which can't meet the requirements.The product design model of CAD system needed to be transferred to two-dimensional engineering graphics in CAPP process diagram and the two-dimensional engineering graphics need to be converted into a three-dimensional model for CAM system to generate tool path and used for processing simulation.Model conversion from threedimensional design model to two-dimensional engineering graphics and conversion from two-dimensional engineering graphics to three-dimensional design model may cause in the process of passing information missed,reduce the efficiency of collaboration between the various business segments,which has become the bottleneck of CAD/CAPP/CAM system integration.In the whole process of design and manufacture,using MBD 3D model as a unified data source,implement paperless 3D process,the integration of CAPP system is particularly important.On the foundation of the detailed analysis of the status of 3D process design and the integration of CAPP,combined with the practical application of digital design and manufacturing technology in shipbuilding industry,to solve the problems of structured process route?fast generation of process model and optimization of process resources,etc.The overall framework of integrated process planning based on MBD system is built with the above ideas and methods.The research contents and research results are as follows:(1)Structured 3D process design,maintenance and management of process planning documents by standardization and objectification,parts and processes are designed as independent objects,to make the process more three-dimensional and clear.At the same time,it meets the application requirements of process information integration with related systems.(2)Process model of reverse generating method,by adding material to generate intermediate process model.Based on process design data information,realization of fast matching generation of process model.At the same time,it can be oriented to the field of processing and manufacturing.(3)Optimization matching technology of process resources: first,the entire process resource library,obtain the processing equipment(machine tools,cutting tools,etc.)that meet the requirements of the product processing.Then,based on the resource collection obtained from the first level matching,the process stability evaluation,the equipment adaptability evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation are carried out.Finally,based on the comprehensive evaluation,the equipment is optimized to meet the manufacturing requirements.(4)Optimization of cutting parameters: the genetic algorithm is applied to the optimization model of cutting parameters,then the optimization of cutting parameters is realized,improve optimization efficiency.
