Development Of Structured Process System Based On PLM Platform

With the progress of science and technology,people put forword higher requirements on the management of product data in manufacturing industry.How to transfer the data information of product design,process and manufacture more safetly and conveniebtly is the goal that the contemporary people pursue continuously.Today,there is data management technology on the market,which led to the manufacturing industry can not be quickly and effectively to the industry 4.0.So,for the manufacturing industry,it needs acomplete set of management system,which can achieve product design,process and manufacturing information transfer between each other and the core of the management system is the structure of the process data management.As a result,this paper is mainly aimed at the system development of data structured management.This paper mainly analyzes the importance of the structured process system to realize the industrial intelligence.Firstly,taking the process data management of a certain automobile manufacturing enterprise as an example,the requirement of process data management is analyzed in detail.Secondly,the overall architecture design of the system is drawn according to the analysis of the process data management needs of enterprises.On the basis of this,the paper further expounds the main modules and functions of the system that need to be developed.At last,the paper introduces how to realize the function of each module and the development and design of the interface in the Teamcenter environment.The system adopts the idea of modularization,and it respectively describes the creation of MBOM,the preparation of the process route,the preparation of the process and the design of the calculation of the material quota in detail.Then it regulates the whole lifecycle management of product process data,and keeps the consistency and traceability of the product process data.The system based on Rich Client structure of Teamcenter' C/S mode,the development tool is Eclipse 3.8,Java anti compiler tool and VS2010,the database used Oracle 11 g R2.The realization of the system used many key technologies,including Teamcenter software installation and environment settings,BMIDE application and deployment technology,approvalprocess configuration technology,the loading and operation of the development program,and iimplementation of system operation log etc.After the system test is used,the process data can be effectively managed,and the process information in the process can be tracked,and the archived data and the related product information can be easily found in time.The process data can be coordinated and organized throughout the life cycle of the product,such as the process route,process as well as review,approval,modification,workflow optimization and release of material report of the process event.
