Research On R&D Management Improvement Of J Company

J Company determines the vision of "China first,world first".In order to support the realization of the vision,J company carries out the R & D management system optimization project.The main content of this paper is to carry out relevant research work based on this project.The research mainly aims at the problems existing in the current process of J company,combined with the current concept and framework of integrated product development(IPD),redesigns the process of J company,so that the company can quickly and orderly provide products with good quality,low cost,meeting customer needs and market competitiveness.This project focuses on optimizing the management system of J company in terms of structured process,investment management,quality management,project management,heavyweight team,it and other aspects,so that the company can quickly and orderly provide products with good quality,low cost,meeting customer needs and market competitiveness,and support J company to realize the vision of "China first,world-class".In this study,J company introduced advanced IPD framework,carried out process reengineering,and finally realized the transformation of technology-oriented state-owned enterprises into market-oriented state-owned enterprises.Combined with the characteristics of enterprises,product process reengineering is of exemplary significance for the transformation and development of enterprises in the same industry.
