Research And Development Of Design System For Serialized Truck-mounted Crane

With the rapid development of computer technology, CAD technology has been widely used in design and manufacturing, but most remained in the two-dimensional design. With the expansion of market demand, design and repeated design of truck-mounted crane will be needed.It is difficult for the traditional design method to meet the needs of product design.It is the trend of industry that 3D-design system is studied.Under this background, this paper researches and develops the design system of truck-mounted crane, which is mainly divided into two modules: calculation module and parametric design module.In the calculation module, the design method of the telescopic truck-mounted crane is studied, which is divided into four functional modules, which are the lifting mechanism, the telescopic mechanism, the rotary mechanism and luffing mechanism. According to the requirements of the design method, the overall framework of the calculation module is formed.The basic methods of visual development based on the Visual Studio are introduced,including calculation, verification and storage,calling form and external exe. Interactive calculation and verification of parameters can be done by this module.In parametric design module, the common methods in the process of parametric modeling are studied, selecting the method based on graphic template, to analyze the application of parameterization in sketch, forming features and assembly. This paper describes development environment of UG secondary development, introduces the design method of the system menu and user interface. Based on the parametric modeling technology and the secondary development technology, such as UG/Open Menu Script?UG/Open UIStyler and UG/Open API, the truck-mounted crane can be designed by this module.The design system of the truck-mounted crane covers the functions of calculation and 3D parametric design, which realizes the process from design to 3D modeling, which greatlyimproves the design efficiency and shortens the development cycle of the product.
