In recent years,with the progress of the society,the development of infrastructure construction and the acceleration of industrialization,the rapid growth of construction machinery demand has been promoted.Compared with developed countries,China's construction machinery started late,in the current trend of economic globalization,foreign advanced engineering machinery products continue to enter the increasingly fierce market competition,the domestic engineering machinery enterprises have realized the necessity of transformation.By strengthening the brand building,improving the ability of independent innovation,design and manufacturing level,in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,to adapt to the current development of the industry.Industrial design plays an important role in enhancing the market competitiveness of construction machinery products.As the construction machinery is a typical function-oriented high-tech complex products,in the field of traditional engineering machinery,technology principle dominates the product appearance,as seen in many traditional domestic engineering machinery products are mostly combined engineering machinery parts,the overall feeling and aesthetic perception of the product is weak.With the increasing importance of industrial design.Now we use the way of industrial design,to integrate the various functional components,so that form and function cleverly integrated,to create industrial products that is a combination of form and function.And through the method of industrial design,the appearance of the product reflects the brand characteristics of the enterprise,enhance the brand recognition,establish the enterprise brand image.The paper based on the school-enterprise cooperation project,Jun Tong 12 tons of truck with crane appearance design,Sorting the whole process of the construction machinery product design process from the industrial design point of view.Including the design requirements of the design task book,the market research and sorting,analysis of the characteristics of similar products at home and abroad,extract some key words from similar products in order to form the reference direction of the design team.Analysis of corporate identity characteristics images,horse,conceptual design around feature images,iterative design,model establishment and prototype production,finally carries on the summary.I had the honor to participate in the whole project design process.From the preliminary design research to the late iteration of the program,according to review feedback carried out several times to revise and perfect,until the program finalized,I have a direct understanding of the project design process.This paper puts forward some reference methods for the industrial design of construction machinery products,which is of positive significance to the establishment of the brand image of construction machinery products.
