| China’s economic reform and opening-making ranks in the world, along with the powerful motherland, the construction industry has been rapid development, huge plant projects and residential areas mushroomed emission projects, construction projects across the region have also appeared, which makes construction stakeholders of the project will be more and more harmonious balance between configuration items and each item of internal resources has become increasingly difficult in the project implementation process, organization and management, construction process, resource allocation and balance problems appear to be poor communication quite prominent. So, faced with the current large-scale construction projects, to improve the project management plan must build strict management system, good coordination and balance resources between the programs and solve conflicts among stakeholders and process interference and other issues.This paper aims to study the new GD automobile plant assembly plant project scheduling system, the use of current advanced schedule management systems approach to achieve the professional coordination and cooperation between projects, to maximize the integration of internal resources and solve the various stakeholders conflict and construction processes related party interference, and ultimately to maximize the interests of enterprises. Through the use of traditional, advanced schedule management, all trades involved in the project, professional use PROJECT computer software, the preparation of a complete and compact for easy project specific operating schedule system and projects administered real process, the use Johnson rule (SM Johnson) to optimize the construction process, the use of critical chain (critical chain) resource optimization, using critical Path method (CPM) for the construction schedule optimization, and ultimately the smooth and effective implementation of the project. |
