Distribution network is closely related to production and consumption of electricity,with the development of society,the problems arising from weak grid distribution network has become increasingly prominent.Distribution automation system is the core of the distribution network reconstruction and construction,reasonable construction and operation had a direct impact on the security and stability of the distribution network.In order to explore the construction mode of an urban distribution network automation system and solve a series of problems encountered in the construction of the distribution network automation system.This article conducted research on the distribution automation system construction and application of distribution network reconfiguration.First of all,in the construction of distribution automation system,the main city of a city for the construction of the object,through the analysis of the city distribution automation system status,identified the main problems,so as to research and analysis.On this basis,combined with specific construction objectives put forward a reasonable construction program.Second,in a city with a network of automated construction,there is a switch unreasonable phenomenon resulting in load can not be transferred and overloaded,and other issues,a direct impact on the economic operation of the system.As an important part of the research on distribution automation,the network reconfiguration can give full play to the flexibility of the existing switch gear combination,and find the optimal network structure through reconfiguration,which makes the load distribution more reasonable and improves the security and economy of distribution system.Due to the blindness of the genetic algorithm,some isolated islands and loops which do not meet the requirements of the distribution system are presented.These infeasible solutions are analyzed by the genetic algorithm.And the computing speed is seriously reduced.Therefore,an optimal solution to the infeasible solution is proposed by judging the island and using the graph theory toolbox to judge the loop.And the optimized genetic algorithm is used to reconstruct the IEEE33 nodes.The results verify the feasibility of the algorithm.At last,the optimized genetic algorithm is applied to the actual line in a city.The reconstructed scheme not only reduces the network loss,but also transfers the load of the heavy-load line,and satisfying the requirements of the economics of the distribution network automation system Claim.
