In order to improve the utilization of electric energy,the LED lighting technology has become the focus of the study.There is a light adjusting technology can achieve the dimming function based on power line on the original single line dimming technology,it needs special chip dimming the brightness,it is only four block adjustment,it is unable to meet the needs of people.In this paper,a new method of single cycle luminance signal control is proposed,which is based on the single line LED.The overall design of the program is mainly composed of three modules: the brightness signal module,the brightness signal receiving module,the brightness signal adjusting drive module.The luminance signal module the luminance signal waveform is converted to 2 bit hexadecimal N brightness data,then the luminance signal data is transmitted to the luminance signal receiving module through the single line of luminance signal capture and recognition output accounted for PWM pulse duty ratio is adjustable by the micro controller,finally PWM pulse signal through the LED driver of LED lamp brightness regulation,implementation of 0~100% multi gear dimming control.In this paper,we put forward a new method of controlling the brightness of the LED lamp,which is based on the control of the binary luminance signal.The luminance signal module output luminance signal waveform of phase angle is relatively small,and then convert it into binary M brightness data,and then through a single wire transmission brightness signal data,a luminance signal module output PWM signal occupies emptiescompared adjustable pulse waveform,finally PWM pulse signal through the brightness LED lamp driver control LED lights,to achieve multi gear dimming.The above two schemes have adopted the single line of fire control technology,and can realize the multi file dimming.One cycle control LED lamp brightness signal wave single wire dimming circuit,part brightness signal wave phase angle,voltage wave caused by the lack oflarge,is not conducive to the continuous transfer of energy,but LED small power,strengthen its energy storage can solve the problem.Binary luminance signal wave control LED lamp dimming circuit of single wire,each luminance signal wave half wave only with the corresponding binary two different phase angle,two different phase angle are not caused by lack of voltage wave energy transfer to small.Brightness signal waveform only need to change the brightness of the time to send,the normal work of the LED lighting is almost no effect.The two dimming methods can be used in the original power lines can be driven to adjust the light,do not need remote control,the amount is relatively small,in line with the people’s operating habits.The feasibility of the above two schemes is proved by experiments,and the results are achieved.
