Street lamp is an important part of urban lighting.As a new type of light source,because of the advantages of its low consumption,long life,low voltage driver and easy dimming control,LED street light has been widely used.As an important part of the street lamp lighting system,the LED power supply is the key factor of affecting the system of high efficiency and energy saving.In addition,the intelligent control of street lamp management is also the requirement of the modernization of the lighting control and management.This need higher requirement for the LED power supply,therefore,designing the LED power supply with the integration of driver and management is critical,which not only can achieve the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction,but also can be very important for remote intelligent management of the street lamp.This paper designed the LED power supply with the integration of driver and management based on the power line communication.Firstly,it design the overall scheme of LED street lamp power supply system,which mainly composed of hardware,cloud server,mobile phone management software.Hardware consists of single lamp controller and concentrator,and the two parts communicate with each other by the power line.The concentrator is responsible for receiving the control command issued by mobile phones and sending them to the single lamp controller.At the same time,the LED street lamp will upload the information to mobile phone management software.The system is mainly to complete the functions for the LED street lamp of the remote control,time management,brightness control and data acquisition.In order to achieve the overall function of the system,this paper completed the hardware and software design of the single lamp controller and the concentrator.In hardware part,it mainly completed the PCB design of single lamp controller and concentrator and the choice of the main modules and theirs function introduction.Single light controller is mainly composed of power carrier module,microprogrammed control unit and constant current drive circuit.The concentrator is mainly composed of power carrier module,microprogrammed control unit,GPRS module,global position system(GPS)module.In software part,it adopts the modular programming to achieve the communication function between the various modules through the Keil C language.Finally,it completed the whole test of the power supply system.The result shows that the LED power supply reaches the preset functions.Through the incorporation of cloud server and the mobile phone software,the operator can real-time control the state of the street lamp,undertake timing control its brightness and data collection of street lamps by the power line communication.It not only can achieve the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction,but also realize the function of remote control,which achieves the integration of driver and management of the LED power supply as a whole.
