The Linkage System Design Of Intelligent IC Card With Elevator Group Control

With the continuous expansion of high-rise building and the development of science and technology,more and more residential elevator with group control.In order to improve the utilization rate of the elevator,reduce the energy consumption and prolong the life of the elevator,to prevent the irrelevant personnel freely in and out of the elevator,protect the interests of the owners and round trip home is very convenient.This paper designed The linkage system design of intelligent IC card with elevator group control.This system combined the technology of IC card and the technology of elevator group control,providing users with safe,convenient and efficient experience.This article designs floor controller and the IC card of landing lock based on elevator group control.Floor controller is installed on called panel and instead of mechanical buttons to call lift,by floor controller core board,expand board,RFID card,card reader,card device,relay and etc.IC card of landing lock mounted on outbound call panel and instead of mechanical buttons to call lift,by RFID card,card reader,card device,relay and etc,for achieve a RFID card replace all mechanical lock key.Thus floor controller can realize the function of the IC card of landing lock,floor controller connected to the elevator main control system with intercom and the server can realize the function of visitors linkage,also consider the design of the function of fire,the fire protection function starts,floor controller will failure,restore mechanical button control,greatly improving the safety of users.The linkage system design of intelligent IC card and elevator group control can be divided into three communication ways,the main controller of elevator group control with server and car control board based on CAN communication,the elevator main controller with server and car control board based on LON communication,between floor controller and IC card of landing lock,elevator group control based on RS485 communication,this paper focuses on the floor controller with IC card of landing lock and the communication between the elevator group control,floor controller input signal interface by serial and parallel converter,can be realized up to 64 floor control.The system software based on Windows operating system platform,PC software design,using SQL Server 2008 R2 database.Card management software can give one ID number for each IC card only,and emit lift lock card,single card,multilayer card,administrator card and the temporary card,also can realize to join blacklist,statistical information such as credit card information,cancellation,humanized design interface and easy operation way and convenience to management.
