Based on the current situation of shipboard communication system, the main work of this thesis is to design and develop a ship borne communication system management and monitoring system, implemting centralized and visualized management of ship borne communication equipment and real-time monitoring, and implemting the function of equipment management, state detection, data monitoring and fault analysis.This thesis has carried on the related theory and technology research, including the design pattern and the TCP/IP agreement. For the design pattern, the concept of design pattern and the design pattern are introduced in this paper. For the TCP/IP protocol, this paper introduces the system of TCP/IP protocol, and two important transport layer protocols: TCP and UDP.Finally, the electrical characteristics and communication protocol of serial communication are introduced.This thesis has carried on software system needs analysis from three aspects. The first aspect is the goal of the system, to determine the effect and purpose of the system requirements. The second aspect is the functional requirements of the system, to determine the system user requirements and definition of the function. The third aspect is non functional requirements of the system, to clear user requirements for the system characteristics besides functional requirements.This thesis has carried on software system design, including the system structure design,system design and database design. The system structure design is described from two aspects of software architecture design and class design. The software architecture design describes the relationship between the components and the components of the software. Class design defines the business vocabulary of the system, and describes the business structure of the system with the business vocabulary. System behavior design, including the definition of the system commutation process and function flow. The whole process of the system describes the operation of the system as a whole. Functional process definition describes the business process of a single function of the system. Database design includes database definition and data table definition. The database definition gives the basic parameters to create the data.Data table defines the name and field definition of all data tables.This thesis has carried on implementation and testing of the software system. In the realization part, describes the system development environment, database and data table creation, the realization of the software architecture and the realization of the system function.In the test part, the test procedure, test environment, test content and test results are described.
