Study On The Equilibrium Of Openness Of Modern Residential District Based On Spatial Syntax

With the rapid development of housing construction in our country,there are more and more problems in closed residential areas under the guidance of residential district theory,such as low utilization of supporting facilities,isolation of residential areas and cities,lack of residential area vitality and traffic congestion,Urban space is monotonous.The open design of settlements is one of the ways to solve these problems.However,because of the residents’ suspicion and opposition to residential development,the designers are hard to break through the limitation of traditional design thinking and the openness of local governments to settlements Sexual problems are not given attention,leading to the development of residential development in China faces a great obstacle.This paper attempts to analyze the influence of spatial structure on the inner space and the space of urban space from the perspective of spatial syntax and the basic theory of spatial organization affecting social activities.The spatial syntax principle is used to analyze the change of residential area openness.Firstly,it expounds the content,basic research method and index system of space syntax.Secondly,we start to analyze the domestic and foreign theoretical research on the residential area model,study the spatial changes,and then combine the actual model change of the Chinese residential area from ancient times to modern times to modern times.Understand the different periods and different context of the residential area,each residential model is to meet the needs of society at that time changes;re-analysis of modern residential areas,through the opening of the different levels of residential areas will be divided into two types and closed And open,and then further study the spatial characteristics of two types of residential areas such as land size,traffic patterns,property management and other aspects of these two types of residential areas have a clear understanding of;and then open to research on the changes Residential areas,open areas with low degree of openness in the traffic organization has a large flaw,not only for traffic congestion within the residential area,but also adversely affect the urban public transport,but also in the allocation of resources on the residential resources And urban resources,because the closed wall also caused a closed space of urban security issues,but the residential area of internal security is relatively high,the residential environment to facilitate the management of open areas on the other hand high degree of security in areas such as the lack of,But in the neighborhood exchanges,residential harmonious atmosphere to create a strong point.Finally,the author analyzes and evaluates the actual residential area by using spatial syntax,and chooses three types of residential areas according to the classification of residence: closed type,block type and linkage.And then to find the actual type of the corresponding case,through the spatial syntax of the residential area of global integration,local integration,connection value,comprehensibility and other data of the horizontal and vertical contrast,the final analysis of the open moderately higher residential areas more Suitable for the future direction of residential development.
