With the rapid development of China's economy,construction industrialization rapidly upgrades,the rise of the steel structure in the construction industry.Steel structure project is rapidly increasing,especially in use of large tonnage,large span steel structure,make the lifting of Single large tonnage component and integral lifting construction technology of steel structure is more and more widely used in steel structure construction.At the same time,the lifting construction technology is one of the most widely used steel structure construction technology,more and more of the hoisting construction problems stand out increasingly.Both the steel structure of a single large tonnage and space truss structure of integral hoisting,lifting point arrangement will influence its force,deformation,even may cause component or destruction of the whole.Can make the single component layout is not reasonable lifting point too much stress and damage or deformation within the prescribed scope.Also can make the space truss structure local bar or individual axial force is too large,or individual node deflection of space truss structure is too large,network frame of the whole deflection value beyond specification,affect construction quality and using effect.In this paper,through theoretical analysis,single component of the hoisting position and found a little hoisting and lifting at two o 'clock when decorate a method of hoisting reasonable position;Through theoretical analysis,it is concluded that the different lifting point location of the spatial grid structure on the influence of space truss structure as a whole and the best discriminant method of hoisting position.By using finite element software Midas,and also gives the SAP2000 for hoisting position and rationality of calculation method.At the end of the paper by a hoisting construction steel structure industry workshop project and a flat steel space truss hoisting construction engineering,using the lifting point layout theory and structure of the mentioned performance calculation and the rationality of the method to test the lifting point layout is also using the finite element software Midas SAP2000 and modeling simulation,analyzed the rationality of lifting point layout.
