Research On Space Form Planning Of Tourism Town

At present,China's economic and social development has entered a new stage.The income level of domestic urban and rural residents has increased year by year.The development has also improved the development of tourism.With the introduction of a series of national policy on developing tourism,there will be a large number of tourism towns emerged in future years.As a type of small town,tourism town is very different from the traditional small town.In order to improve the overall quality and competitiveness of small town,it is necessary to research the space form of tourism town from the perspective of urban planning.Based on the theories and methods of urban and rural planning,this paper firstly analyzes the domestic and international famous tourism towns,and analyzes the influence factors,layout forms and elements of the space form of tourism town.Then,it makes research on the space form planning of tourism town and establishes the research system of space form planning,and discusses the content and method of space form planning.Finally,taking the Wolong town of Rizhao Shanhaitian as an example,the space form planning research is applied to practice.In the first chapter,the background and significance of the research is defined,Further research about the space form of the tourism town is not only conducive to enrich the theoretical system of small town planning research,but also conducive to the planning and construction of tourism town in China.In the second chapter,the related concept and research status at home and abroad is reviewed.It analyzes the cases of domestic and foreign tourism town.By introducing nine domestic and foreign famous tourism towns,it analyzes space layout,streets and waterways,the layout of buildings and cultural features and sums up the general characteristics of domestic and international tourism town.Tourism town generally has a good ecological environment,beautiful environment,appropriate scale,unique culture and a clear perception of space characteristics.In the analytical part of the layout,the layout of the space form is divided into four basic types: lump type,belt type,group type and radiation type.Then the space form analytical element is summarized as five type such as the natural substrate,boundary and region,streets and waterways,building groups,node and landmark.In the fourth chapter,the paper expounds the research on planning of the space form of the tourism town,and establishes the system of planning research.Study on planning of tourism town space form from the macro,meso and micro three levels.The three levels are subdivided into the overall orientation,overall layout,functional composition,spatial structure,architectural group composition and the design of elements of the tourism town.At last the content and methods of the above six aspects is described.In The fifth chapter,it takes Wolong town planning and design of Rizhao City for example,to study on the application of the space form planning of tourism town to practice.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.We hope that this research will have a certain reference significance for the further improvement of the theory and method of the space form planning and design of the tourism town,so as to guide and improve the construction of tourism town.
