Influence Of Stakeholders Of Qingyan Old Town In Guizhou To The Space Form

Qingyan old town is located in the city suburbs. On account of its important strategic location, Qingyan was an important military place during the Ming Dynasty, becoming a significant place for military and commerce in the middle of the Guizhou Province. Until today, Qingyan still has intact its distinct spatial pattern and diversified morphological characteristics. However, coupled with the development of tourism, the behavior of stakeholders of Qingyan has brought about some changes to the original spatial pattern, giving rise to some changes in historical sites.The paper masters the background of the dimensional configuration of settlement and historical culture through the historical data and field researches. On this basis, this paper gains insights about the development of Qingyan tourism, and identifies the main stakeholders including the government, tourist companies, local residents and tourists. The interest demand can be obtained through analyzing the measures and characteristics of behavior by these stakeholders. By understanding this demand, the paper analyzes the behavior perspective of these stakeholders in order to acquire some factors which can affect the space pattern. This paper obtains depth factors, and then provides relative suggestion. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference sample to protect Zhuizhou and even some west old towns.
