Research And Application Of Vertical Transportation Project In Qingdao New Airport And The Hehuang Residential Projects

In the process of construction,the vertical transport of the construction materials and the passage of construction personnel all need vertical transport machinery.Vertical transport machinery refers to the mechanical equipment used in the vertical transport of construction materials and the passage of construction personnel.The tower crane,construction hoist,material hoist and concrete pumping equipment are all the most common vertical transport machinery during the course of construction.With the rapid growth of Chinese economy,the scale of construction projects has been expanding.The vertical transport machinery is widely used in construction and production activities,The vertical transport machinery plays an important role in speeding up the material with a turnover of transport,improving the labor efficiency and shortening the construction period.Based on the introduction of vertical transport machinery and equipment in the construction engineering,The thesis summarizes and arranges the construction process of the Qingdao new airport transportation center and the HeHuang residential area project,cleaning up how to choose and use the tower crane and some construction elevator practical experience in the high-rise building construction activities.The body of research includes plane layout,foundation construction,safety check,mechanical equipment installation,lifting,dismantling and so on,in the hope of playing a reference role in the construction of high-rise buildings in the future.The thesis researchs the use of vertical transport machinery in the construction engineering are as follows:(1)Introduction of tower crane and construction hoist(2)Application of tower crane in New Airport Engineering,Including the selection and location of tower crane,the design and related safety checking of tower crane foundation construction,installation and demolition related measures to ensure the safety of tower crane,the measures of tower operation and so on.(3)Application of construction elevator in the HeHuang residential area project,including the selection and positioning of the elevator,installation and construction,safety protection and so on.
