| In today’s society,all kinds of high-rise and super high-rise buildings are scattered in various cities,playing various roles in all aspects of our life.In the fierce competition in the construction industry,how to realize the new construction technology with high work efficiency,good safety performance and high green construction degree has become the urgent responsibility of the majority of construction enterprises.In the construction process of high-rise structures,the construction of formwork is a key and difficult project in the whole construction process.The traditional formwork construction has many shortcomings in the construction of high-rise structures,such as high difficulty in formwork erection,complex engineering construction,low safety performance,long construction period and low economic benefits.Later,the construction methods of climbing formwork,sliding formwork and turnover formwork were introduced from abroad,which brought great convenience to the site formwork construction.Recently,some units or enterprises have made bold innovation on this basis and created a new type of turnover formwork construction technology.This kind of turnover formwork construction technology is to use Jack to lift the operation platform,use chain block to lift the formwork to the predetermined position,and then pour the concrete.After pouring to a certain height,the construction of the lower horizontal structure is carried out,and this operation is repeated until the end of the construction.In the whole construction process,it perfectly embodies the characteristics of simple operation,high construction efficiency and high safety performance of turnover formwork construction technology.It also shows obvious advantages in economic benefits,construction speed and appearance quality.This thesis is attached to a domestic waste treatment plant project in Tianjin chimney construction of turnover formwork construction technology to carry out research,the design and construction of this new type of turnover formwork construction technology is studied in depth.In this paper,the general situation of the project and the basic structure and structural design of this turnover system are described in detail.Then the calculation and analysis of each component in the system is carried out,including the strength,stiffness,stability and safety of each component.At the same time,the finite element analysis software SAP2000 is used for simple modeling and force analysis.Compared with the design code,it is proved that the safety and reliability can meet the requirements of normal construction.Finally,the whole construction process of turnover formwork construction technology is studied in detail,including the determination of scheme,construction steps and quality control measures.The application of this new type of turnover formwork construction technology in this project perfectly reflects the advantages of lightweight operation system,good cost control effect,high construction efficiency,high safety control performance and easy quality effect control.Through the research,it is proved that this new type of turnover die technology has more advantages.Its features of lower cost,faster construction and better quality are recognized by everyone.It will provide reference value and experience for the design and construction of formwork in other high-rise structures or similar projects in the future. |
