With the State's focus on ecological environment protection,the rapid development of river harnessing and urban eco-water system engineering,the design and research of the new type gate dam,which is beneficial to the urban ecological environment,has become an important research direction of urban water conservancy project.The Pneumatic shield-shaped gate system of lakeside artificial wetland at Songhuahu,Jilin province as the research background,is used to carry out the research of static characteristic of 6 m pneumatic shield-shaped gate system,the main research contents are as follows:1.The advantages and disadvantages in engineering application of new water retaining structures as rubber dams,steel bar dampers,hydraulic dam and pneumatic shield gate system are analyzed,show that pneumatic shield-shaped gate system is more suitable for application in the urban ecological river landscape engineering.2.The mechanical model for pneumatic shield-shaped gate system is established by Applied materials mechanics principle,combined with the mechanical characteristics of pneumatic shield-shaped gate system.Calculation formulas of Double rubber air bag inflation pressure and stress of pneumatic shield-shaped gate system main structures have been derived.Then the formulas are used to calculate the stress of main structures as gate,airbag and anchorage structure.3.The three-dimensional finite element model of pneumatic shield-shaped gate system is established with ABAQUS software.Contact nonlinear among gate,airbag and rubber hinge is considered in this model,so the model is closer to the actual working condition of gate system.4.The actual working condition of pneumatic shield-shaped gate system is carried out numerical simulation.The stress and displacement distribution law is analyzed on the two conditions of upstream water depth of 6 m and overflow state water depth of 0.5 m,when the downstream without water.The results of the research can provide some reference value for pneumatic shield-shaped gate system design and construction of main structure and operation and management of the finished construction project.
