With the sustainable development of economy and the rapid improvement of people's living standard,environmental pollution,the shortage of resource and the problem of greenhouse effect have ensued.Based on this phenomenon,sustainable development has become a hot topic all over the world.As the main user in the area of resources,it is imperative for construction industry to implement the concept of sustainable development deeply.In recent years,in addition to the implementation of green construction and the use of environmental building materials,"green building" has become a hotspot of expert research at home and abroad due to its great ecological benefits,unique concept of design and scientific management mechanism.Fully combined with the reality of domestic project management,this paper detailed describes the green building development and related theory.In the life cycle for a foothold to carry out project management evaluation optimization analysis,by comparing the traditional architecture gradually extended to the category of green building in study.Then detailed in every stage of the decision-making process design and construction and operation of management tasks with emphasis.Construct the whole life cycle of green building evaluation system of construction project management,using expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process based on the whole process of project construction.Finally from the environment,resources,energy,technology and economy,the evaluation system of green building project management is constructed from above six aspects of management to improve the scientific management of the whole life cycle of green building projects.In conclusion,from the particularity of the green building,this paper expounds the key points of the management planning,design,construction and operation of the green building construction project,and realizes the construction of the multi-stage and multi-objective project management evaluation system through the two axes of the "time" and the "index".So that the efficiency and the precision of the project management are effectively improved in the whole life cycle,and meanwhile,valuable experience and data are provided for the high-standard newly-built engineering.Hence,this study promote the healthy and orderly development of the green construction to promote the national economic construction.The ecological construction provides sufficient theoretical research and practical guidance.
