Urban parking difficulty for citizens is becoming a very serious problem. However, many private parking spaces will be fully used in its spare time if the research of parking in other people's parking spaces by someone's spare time in case that this research can be used in practice. And this research is meaningful enough to relieve the parking stress in urban areas. This paper mainly focuses on researching an algorithm to promote the dispatching efficiency in dynamic matching between urban cars and shared parking spaces and save the time for cars using in planning route to the destination point in a macro level which can make full use of the parking spaces from the perspective of time and space. This paper builds the continuous car parking service ability line spreads from the center point in the destination area to meet the requirements in processing the multi parking responses for parking in the pre-arranged parking net points. Besides, this paper constructs the model in dispatching cars to park in multi parking net points and test the efficiency of this model with simulation of the real data. This paper also makes a comparison between the result from the mathematical model and the random result without optimization by the method of computer simulation so as to test the necessity and rationality of the mathematical model.This paper also describes the decision support system (DSS) which integrates and packages the algorithm and mathematical model in this research. This paper also designs and improves the whole system theory and technical framework, developing the DSS which can be used in practice. The DSS in this paper includes four parts, including the driver APP, the APP part of the workers on duty, the parking monitoring system and the government management system. In the process of developing DSS, this research also optimizes the efficiency in processing big data by means of Dryad programming architecture and provides the basic theory and technical means to support applying system in practice.
