As one of the effective ways to solve the parking problem, the parking space sharing mode can update the parking facility inventory by increasing the utilization rate of parking facilities, activate the existing parking resources, and achieve the balance of supply and demand of parking spaces.Domestic and foreign experts and scholars have analyzed the feasibility of parking space sharing from various aspects and angles, predicted the demand for parking spaces, and explored the selection behavior of parking space sharing subjects, with good theoretical and practical results. However, there are few existing studies on parking space sharing incentive models and methods. This thesis aims at the problem of lack of parking spaces and low utilization rate, starting from the idea of parking space sharing, this thesis explores the potential of parking space sharing between residential areas and commercial areas according to the features that parking space requirements in residential areas and commercial areas are essentially complementary and there are differences in peak parking time between them. This thesis studies the parking space sharing incentive model, and explores the parking space sharing incentive method in the residential area adjacent to the commercial area, which provides a reference for improving the utilization of parking facilities and solving parking problems. This thesis discusses the feasibility of parking space sharing from many aspects such as policy, space and science and technology.Through the status quo of parking space sharing survey, parking space demand survey and parking space idle time survey, etc.,master the parking space sharing development status, residents' travel characteristics and parking space demand laws, confirm the difference and complementarity of parking demand between adjacent residential and commercial areas, and lay the foundation for the establishment of parking space sharing influencing factor set and investigation plan design. Then this thesis summarizes and analyzes the theories of domestic and foreign scholars on the sharing of parking spaces in residential areas and adjacent areas.Based on the existing research by domestic and foreign scholars,it explores the significant factors in the parking space sharing system of residential areas adjacent to the commercial area that affect the sharing behavior, mainly including parking sharing pricing, parking duration and information sharing degree.Use SPSS software to establish a database,to import the basic data from the survey into AMOS22.0 for analysis, construct a structural equation model, extract the main influencing factors of parking space sharing willingness and test the fitness of the structural equation model, analyze the mechanism of the influencing factors of parking space sharing in the residential area adjacent to the commercial area. This thesis introduces mechanism design theory and principal-agent theory, etc.,to research the principal-agent relationship and decision-making behavior association among the participants of parking space sharing, and establish the incentive model of parking space sharing and the pricing model of shared parking space charging.Using MATLAB simulation software to carry out numerical analysis of the principal-agent model, designs to research on parking space sharing incentive mechanism pertinently, and propose incentives for the parking space sharing participants. The research on the incentive mechanism of parking space sharing aims to realize the compatibility of benefits in the parking space sharing system, enhance the participation of the parking space sharing subjects, promote the development of parking space sharing, regulate the dynamic traffic with static traffic, improve the travel efficiency and reduce parking accidents.
