| With the rapid development of urban economy and traffic,the number of motor vehicles has increased rapidly,and the parking demand has also increased sharply.However,the parking supply has lagged behind the development of parking demand,so that the problem of urban parking has become more and more serious.As the main provider of parking spaces,the key to alleviate the problem of urban parking difficulty is whether the parking space of building parking spaces is adequate or not.The parking characteristics of different types of land use are analyzed.It is found that there are differences among different types of land use parking peak,which makes the parking demand complementary in time,and there is a situation that one parking demand will visit multiple destinations.Therefore,the sharing of berths among mixed land use and the appropriate reduction of berth allocation index of buildings on different land use are conducive to saving land resources,promoting the balance between supply and demand of urban parking,and improving traffic congestion.This paper investigates the parking characteristics of three typical types of land: hospital,commercial and residential,and studies their parking time,parking space occupancy and vehicle arrival and departure characteristics,so as to determine the sharing time of different types of land.According to different sharing periods between mixed land,the sharing mode is divided into inhibition stage,ideal stage and encouragement stage.Then a questionnaire survey was conducted among parkers on different land uses.Binomial logit model was used to analyze the significant factors affecting the choice of berth sharing behavior,and a probability selection model was established.According to three different modes of sharing,different berth sharing demand forecasting models are established by combining non-monopoly travel coefficient,location correction,bus correction and berth sharing selection probability.Applying the model to the area of Yangzhou Armed Police Hospital,the parking demand of each land in the area of Armed Police Hospital is calculated,and the parking allocation index of each type of land is determined according to the parking demand results.At the same time,the parking demand of each land in the ideal stage and the encouragement stage is compared.It is found that the adjustment of different land allocation indicators in the same area is different and deviates from the reduction rate of shared berths under ideal conditions. |
