| Transmission fatigue life test is an important method to detect the transmission quality,timely find defects in the process of design and manufacture,and provide reliable scientific foundation for product design and quality evaluation.It is very meaningful to shorten the developing period and improve quality of product.At present,the electric-closed fatigue life test bed has been widely applied by its characteristics on precise rotation speed,torque control and high energy recovery,etc.This paper aims at researching the AC electric-closed transmission fatigue life test bed to provide systematic design for its electric control system.The main study contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper researched relevant experiment standard by analyzing the structure of commercial vehicle transmission,confirmed the drag and load method by comparing the different structure of test bed,and made whole plan on electric control system.This paper made hardware selection for electric system.According to the technician demand of transmission,this paper made type selection on drag motor,load motor,rectifier unit,inverter unit,other accessories and the control unit.This paper made electric theory design for main circuit and control circuit.Combined with the electric theory of selected hardware,it designed the main circuit including rectifier module,inverter module,and brake resistor,as well as designed the control circuit,such as PLC and frequency conversion control system.This paper put forward the under-layer control programming and configuration for electric control system,the programme included initialization program design,rectifier control program design,positive and negative drag start-stop control program design of the drive motor and the load motor,speed torque control program design of the drive motor and the load motor,motor fault output program design,inverter control program design and communication program design.This paper debugged and trial carried the electric control system,verified that the hardware design and the software design can meet the technician requirements by transmission fatigue life test. |
