Design And Mold Develepment Of Intergrated Plastic Cylinder Head Cover Of Gasoline Engine

In this paper,a gasoline engine integrated plastic cylinder head cover is studied by analyzing and summarizing the development experience of the plastic cylinder head cove r mold both at home and abroad,and on this basis to finish related jobs,including the stru cture design,CAE optimization,mold manufacturing,analysis of testing injection and pr oduction maintenance.The key technical issues of cylinder head cover work environment to be analyzed,according to the physical parameters and mechanical performance requirements of materials,determining PA66 + GF35 as the material of cylinder head cover.Through research cylinder head cover which in gasoline engine working environment should be noted that the geometric positional relationship.The integrated cylinder head cover geometry shape design have been completed and a three-dimensional model of the cylinder head cover of UG have been established.After dividing the model and evaluating the three-dimensional grid,using Moldflow software for mold flow analysis,the molding process and melts flow of plastic parts is simulated,obtaining two runner injection form is more reasonable based on the calculation results.Combined with the mold cooling water process parameters and simulation results to achieve uniform cooling of the plastic melt rapidly,while ensuring complete crystallization and even of plastic polymer chain,finally briefly describes the program of other relevant design agencies.Through reasonable arrangement of the mold parts processing process,the most stable and effective injection molding process parameters are optimized by the scientific method,which avoids the variation of the parameters caused by the fluctuation of process parameters.Finally,mold production and maintenance conducted overview,for the production and development of high-quality mold provided technical support.
