With the development of economy and technology innovation,the development of the bread maker is becoming more and more automatic and intelligent.The automation and intelligence of all kinds of products are more and more popular with consumers,and the automation and intelligence of all kinds of products should be realized through the core parts of the circuit board.This paper is mainly on the control circuit design of the household grinding rice bread maker.The control circuit design and development of domestic grinding rice bread maker is realized by using the traditional milling technology in the bread maker,and the household grinding rice bread maker is the whole automatic production process of rice baking for bread.The control circuit is designed to meet the safety design,electromagnetic compatibility and reliability of the design requirements,in order to design out the household grinding rice bread maker.The circuit design of the control board respectively introduces the design principle of each function module circuit,also includes the design parameters selection and calculation of components and the reliability design requirements.The control circuit is designed to achieve the following functions:1.Due to the interference of the switching power supply circuit and the motor is too large,the impact of the electromagnetic compatibility test is more serious,so the filter circuit of the EMC module is designed.2.For grinding rice into rice milk,at the same time,using yeast and gluten powder mixed with rice milk to form the dough which generated gluten,circuit module of the grinding and mixing technology is designed to realize the motor drives the grinding mill and stir bar mixing function.3.The MCU controls the opening and the disconnection of the electric heating tube,and the zero crossing detection method is adopted to control the opening and breaking point of the relay.This can avoid starting and breaking the high voltage on the relay contacts,and extend the life of the relay.4.It can be controlled by touch buttons to realize the function menu setting,bread color,weight,clock setting,and make an appointment,etc.5.It realizes the function of the selected menu displays all bright and the functions of the unselected menu display half light.The respiratory function is realized by the light of start button function.6.It realizes the production of grinding rice bread,millet bread,black rice bread,purple rice bread,rice cake puree and other functions.7.It is with power down memory function.Finally,the control circuit is tested and analyzed by the testing instrument and equipment to verify the reliability and safety of the control circuit.The purpose of the control circuit design is to allow users to use safe,easy to operate and fully intelligent production.
