Rotary-vector reducer is a new type of transmission used in industrial robot joints,compared to traditional harmonic reducer,its advantages has become more evident.With the rapid development of industrial robot industry,the domestic demand for industrial robots increases in large scale.As one of the four core components of the industrial robot,the demand of Rotary-vector reducer is also increasing rapidly in domestic market.SH is a listed company specializes in producing gears.So far,its own research and development of Rotary-vector reducer prototype has been put into the domestic market,and there are good reflections in terms of the product quality and stability.Although the design technology has tended to be mature,the company still has a certain gap with similar foreign companies in terms of production,and it doesn't have the capacity of mass production,it is about to enter the in-depth study of the rotary-vector reducer assembly line if the company wants to have a certain advantage in the reducer market.The purpose of this research is to improve efficiency to form mass production.This topic is based on the theory of industrial engineering,combines with the actual situation of SH company assembly site.By using IE technologies to design,analyze and improve the assembly process of Rotary-vector reducer,improving the assembly efficiency.In this paper,firstly I carry out a preliminary layout of the assembly plant;design an assembly line which is in accordance with lean production,by searching the assembly process of Rotary-vector reducer.Secondly,in order to solve these problems which exist in the assembly line,the paper optimizes and improves the assembly process by combing “5W1H”and “ECRS” technology with program analysis,work analysis,improving the assemble process,and improved results are analyzed and evaluated.Finally,I design a new machine which can improve the efficiency of the bottleneck process in the assembly process.The result of improvement and optimization shows that: through program analysis,the operation number of Input planet carrier is decreased by 4,the working time is reduced from 428 seconds to 294 seconds,which make the process program more reasonable.Combine work analysis with principles ofmotion economy to improve the putting of material in working tables,reducing the action energy level,so that the work is more in line with the principles of motion economy,and reduced the fatigue degree.The gas pressure system designed in the article makes the assemble process is more efficiency and easy in theory,saving much time.
