The Research Of The Relationship Between Safety Investment And Safety Awareness

Safety is the premise of social and economic sustainable and healthy development, an important symbol of social civilization and progress, the security of life quality. At present, China's production safety is improving stably. But because of the weak foundation of safety, production safety situation is still severe.As a symbol of national science and technology development level and comprehensive national power, the aerospace industry has been booming in recent years.The development of manned space technology and new generation of strategic and tactical weapons and other high-tech aerospace products also asks for higher level of the Aerospace Safety Technology management.Aerospace Safety management has gradually become to the safety design, safety evaluation, information control and real-time monitoring of aerospace products researching process from the production safety supervision and inspection.The change of management mechanism requires higher security cost and safety awareness of scientific research and production staff.In this paper, we take W enterprise of Aerospace Academy No.8 as a sample to study the effect and relation between safety input and safety awareness.Firstly, according to the aerospace enterprise safety investment requirements and the actual situation, I analyze the aerospace enterprise safety investment related factors with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP); I built the model for the various elements of aerospace enterprise safety requirements and evaluated the W enterprise safety investment situation in three main aspects--safety investments, human rescues and management. Secondly, I elaborated the concept of employee safety awareness, analyzed the enterprise staffs quality of safety, safety will, safety behaviors and safety environment Then I build SEM equation to analyze the influence of security investment on security awareness, and the relationship between security awareness and security investment.I suggest distributing the safety investment in an optional way to improve safety awareness of employee and enhance the level of safety management.
