The Study Of Safety Investment In Construction Enterprises

Based on the theory of safety economics ,this paper studies on safety investment in construction enterprises ,the detailed work is as follows :The definition and the sources of safety investment in construction enterprises are analyzed in this article . In addition ,the composing parts of safety inputs are given .According to the questionnaire about the safety investments in construction projects in BeiJing ,the paper makes a quantitative analysis ,the result is that most of the enterprises are inadequate in safety investment. About the situation of inadequate safety investment ,this paper plays chess to analyze the safety investment decision-making of the construction enterprises,using game theory method . The conclusion is obtained that under the market competition if there is no restriction of legal supervision ,the construction enterprises wouldn' t increase the amount of safety investments voluntarily for keeping the competition advantages. Then ,after joining the government' s intervention and creating the model of games between the enterprises and the safety supervisory departments,the thesis concludes the factors and mechansim of the construction enterprises' breaking the laws in safety investment process. Finally ,in terms of the states of the construction enterprises' lack in safety investment in China and studies on the model of games ,the author puts forword that we should use legal lever ,economic lever and administrative lever to regular the nonstandard investment behavior. And advances that we should use stimulant fuction ,the function of the public supervision ,and the function of cultural edification to lead the construction enterprises' safety investment behaviors generally.
