| In this paper,through the research of the bearing under different external load and speed conditions,will wear mechanism of different faults,in order to find the direct factors and indirect factors influencing bearing wear.According to the analysis of these factors causes the bearing wear,by changing the capacitance method and differential capacitance detection method of bearing eccentricity,bearing wear monitoring method to determine the detection.The bearing load and the design of intelligent control system simulation in different radial load bearing to achieve on-line monitoring of bearing wear.The output signals of the sensor bearing condition monitoring system modeling and data acquisition and processing,quantitative analysis of the change of variab.parameters on the influence of bearing wear,bearing wear monitoring in the display of the man-machine interface,and the bearing wear a moment to realize real-time alarm,bearing wear protection in advance.The bearing monitoring system software and hardware organically,to realize the simulation of the bearing in the different working conditions under the condition of various analog variab.s,the switch quantity input signal,processing the input parameters by using computer,the control output to the output device,alarm,load shedding or dece.ration linkage etc.measures.The wear on-line monitoring system can be applied to the monitoring and prevention of most mechanical wear,and it is an essential wear condition monitoring system for mechanical equipment. |
