Stratage For The Revitalization Of Xintiandi In Guipingxin Promote By Community Capital

With the rapid expansion of China’s urban development and urban construction for stock by incremental planning to inventory planning,urban revitalization planning research more and more be concerned about.Urban revitalization belongs to the urban planning discipline content,it is more focus on the rational scientific and technical content,so it is difficult to solve the process of urban revitalization complex social,economic,cultural and other issues.To solve this problems,first this paper with community capital theory to guide the urban revitalization planning.Then choosing a minimum material planning and social planning implementation unit-community as the research object.,to study on the urban revitalization planning under the impetus of community capital.This paper through the summary of urban revitalization,community planning,community capital,want to explore a way of urban revitalization that driven by the community capital theory,as new ideas of urban revitalization theory and method to solve the problem of cross subject.Secondly,the driving mechanism of community capital is studied by using the concept of community capital integration,which is used to guide the application of community capital in the revitalization of the urban revitalization,to fill the gaps in the method of quantifying the capital of the community in the urban revitalization.Finally,based on the status of development in Xin Tiandi community and the structural analysis of the four elements of community capital in community,determined the suitability of community capital applied to Xin Tiandi community revitalization.Then analysis the community capital integration,determine community planning ideas and design.Through this case tasted under the community capital impetus of urban revitalization method.
